Consistently noted as very clean in multiple reviews (e. g. , 'chambre propre', 'очень чистый', '房間整潔'), indicating high cleanliness standards.

Exceptional and repeatedly praised staff: very friendly, attentive, helpful with tickets and requests, surprise welcome gestures (champagne, macarons, croissants to go) and personalized attention.

Excellent central location close to metro and many attractions (Opéra, Lafayette, Sacré-Cœur, Moulin Rouge); convenient for shops and transport, though parking can be difficult due to bike stands.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, but several guests note small room size and limited wardrobe/luggage space typical for Paris rooms.
