Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. A cot for children up to 2 years is free of charge.

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness, but there are specific complaints (hairs in bathtub, overpowering cleaning/fragrance odors). Overall slightly below excellent.

Service

Strongly positive: many reviews highlight friendly, helpful and attentive staff, room upgrades and exceptional care; a few operational lapses noted (front desk smoking outside, small incident with elevator).

Location

Consistently excellent: repeatedly described as central, excellent/ottima/tolle Lage, close to metro, restaurants and attractions.

Room Quality

Clear negative trend: multiple guests report very small/tiny rooms, small bathrooms, dark/shabby decor and awkward layouts (e. g. , toilet in a closet). A few guests noted upgrades or comfortable beds, but overall room quality scores low.

Amenities

Mixed: tea/coffee corner and basic amenities present; complaints about missing supplies (coffee machine with no coffee), minibar charges, no conditioner in bathroom and some HVAC/heating issues resolved with a heater.

Luxurious Accommodation in Historic Saint Germain District

Modern Amenities: Enjoy a comfortable stay in our air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.
